We are gearing up for winter and have just a few reminders about the winter season:

• Please remember not to park your vehicles bumper over the sidewalk. We need the space for snow removal.
• Please be careful, the sidewalks and parking lot can get icy.

We are doing our best to schedule all maintenance calls on Tuesdays and Fridays to help keep things organized for us, but would like to remind you that certain things should be treated as an emergency and will be attended to same day such as:

• Any leaks, clogs, or floods need to be reported and serviced immediately.
• Any problems with your heat.
• Electrical problems that could danger your home or smoke detectors that are not working.
